AIRCRAFT OWNER REPRESENTATION

VIP meet and greet passengers or empty aircraft at the required airports. Represent the aircraft owner to be certain they are a priority. Liaise with flight crew and flight attendants as to what is required to maintain the aircrafts stock. Arrange cleaning services of linen, cutlery or any other items required by the owner’s crew or management team. Support crew with local knowledge, ground transportation, hotel accommodation. Collect catering items as necessary

PASSENGER CHAPERONE

VIP meet and greet passengers departing from an airport. Arrange a porter for luggage. Offer passengers refreshments. Collect passports. Liaise with flight crew. Provide timely information on the flight plan and weather. Escort passengers through security. Board with passengers. Make passengers comfortable onboard.

FREELANCE VIP FLIGHT ATTENDANTS

Takes care of ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of VIP passengers. Conducts pre-flight preparations, such as stocking the aircraft with food and beverages, and in-flight tasks like serving meals, addressing passenger needs, and managing any emergencies. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation on the aircraft. Holds compulsory specialised training in safety and customer service specific to private aviation. Acts as a liaison between passengers and flight crew and ground handling agents and connecting transport service as and when necessary.
